What a fantastic park. We rang at short notice due to unforeseeable circumstances and they were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Fabulous reception staff. Nothing was a problem for them, and very welcoming. Very clean amenities, and great, well equipped camp kitchen. The Cafe is excellent and very reasonably priced as well. We would not hesitate recommending this fantastic park, and we will definitely be back without hesitation. Thank you so much. 😀
I was so disappointed with our experience at Cable Beach Caravan Park, mainly because of the appalling customer service we received. The reception staff were unhelpful when managing our bookings using their outdated “system” of handwritten notes and became hostile and aggressive when we politely questioned a duplicate payment.
The park contains over 500 sites which are tightly packed. Considering the size of the park, and the large itinerant population, there needs to be more than one camp kitchen, and the facilities desperately need upgrading (one sink, two stove burners, one working bbq plate).
We liked the location of the park as it was walking distance to Cable Beach.
A big more than your normal caravan park, in my opinion. Most of the sites are with ample shade, reception has a bistro cafe and some excellent souvenirs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is a very welcome refreshing …

Cable Beach Caravan Park: Despite being mostly sold out, we managed to snag a last-minute spot, albeit more of a shoulder than a proper site. It served its purpose for a night, but cleanliness was lacking. Onsite restaurant and cafe were convenient, although unexpectedly closed on Saturdays.
Absolutely loved our stay here. Lots of beautiful big trees, massive pool, decent facilities, and such a relaxed vibe around. It felt like home, the staff were friendly, the bins emptied daily, a nice quiet caravan park. Would definitely recommend to anyone, very family friendly. Only one thing; the playground could do with a a makeover 😅

Great customer service. The ladies in that office are outstanding. Welcoming, friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent location. Clean facilities. Good pool. Well kept even sites. Shady. Noisy at front of park but quiet at back. Pool in the middle. Great cafe in Reception.
